Thank to everyone that supported our San Diego High School teachers, students, and IB program through our 2025 Give Big for IB fundraiser! Together, we raised $11,480!
Our IB curriculum is world-class and currently ⅓ of SDHS Juniors and Seniors benefit from taking IB classes! However, this comes with significant costs not currently covered by the San Diego Unified School District. Thanks for helping us bridge that funding gap to pay for required teacher training, textbooks and supplies, and student activities!
If you would like to add your support, or contribute an additional amount we would truly appreciate it:
San Diego High School (SDHS) in downtown San Diego is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School serving students grades 9 through 12.
While the IB Diploma Programme is one of the best college-prep curriculums in the world, it is expensive and not fully funded by the San Diego Unified School District (SDUSD). Additional support is needed to cover the costs of critical items, such as IB teacher training, IB testing fees, IB textbooks, IB workbooks or class supplies.
The SDHS Parent Connect Foundation raises funds to pay for these items, coordinates community-building events and volunteer opportunities for parents, and supports celebration and recognition events for students.
